How to Place an Order
All equipment requires a detailed shipping cost calculation. Please contact us for a complete price, including shipping. We accept multiple payment methods and can provide VAT invoices.
For any disputes, claims, complaints, or legal actions related to our business policies, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Dezhou City.
How to Cancel an Order
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours. Orders are processed automatically and continuously.
If the product hasn’t left our warehouse, we’ll do our best to cancel your order. Once it enters manufacturing, shipping, or handling, it cannot be canceled.
Order Processing & Shipping Times
For orders placed before 3:00 PM, in-stock small package items ship the same day. Most freight shipments dispatch within 2-3 business days.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, with customers covering shipping costs. Products must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
Refunds exclude shipping fees. Contact our customer service team before returning. Custom-made products are non-refundable unless defective.
